VDI Insights: What You Can Expect Next On the VDI Podcast

I'm getting really excited after our last podcast, number 21, and our last VDI Insights, when I talk about Becky.
I had the chance to meet with Becky in person and talk about real estate investing.
She's just getting started and she is so excited about all the opportunities that are coming her way.
What a pleasure.
That's what the Value Driven Investor podcast is all about. Meeting great people, and doing great things together.
That said, we've also had our first few founding members join the community.
That's awesome.
Obviously, in the last VDI Insight, I was a little bit down about the fact that we didn't have a couple of people step up to the plate to join as founding members of the Value Driven Investor community. And I get it, it's not easy to be the first.
But now we have founding members. And we get to keep moving forward. And that's why I'm so excited.
But you know, when you start something new, like this podcast, you really have to start asking yourself, why am I doing it? And what am I doing? And over the last 21 episodes, those are the questions that we've tried to answer for you.
Why are we creating the Value Driven Investor podcast? Why are we creating a Value Driven Investor community, and what is in it for you?
Hopefully, over the last 21 episodes, and if you haven't listened to them all, I urge you to do so. But hopefully, over the last 21 episodes, you've had a chance to really get a grasp on what we're trying to do here at the Value Driven Investor.
And what we're trying to do when we say Anything is Possible.
Because we truly believe that here, and we believe that life on your terms can definitely be achieved, and it can definitely be achieved if you're willing to jump and believe that real estate can be your path.
So what's coming up next?
That's what I'm so excited about. We are going to jump into the topic of short-term rentals, vacation rentals, Airbnb, and VRBO.
It's that short-term rental that can either be your personal residence, which is part of the house hack strategy, or it can be a second home.
We're going to dive deep into that because that's a topic that Robert Grand and I know a little bit about, and I would say Robert knows a hell of a lot about it because right now, he's working on building out two, and a third potential property into a vacation rental within his own city. And we're gonna go deep into Robert's strategy around vacation rentals, and we're even going to walk through a vacation rental that he's created that is making him a lot of money.
We also are going to have my designer Annie on and she's going to talk about designing a house that we are working on right now, which is a pop the top project.
Annie is going to go deep into how we work together, the different things that she looks for when she's designing a house, and we work through the process of a designer and a developer.
I think that episode is gonna be fantastic as well.
So I'm really excited.
I wanted to fill you in on what's coming up because from this point forward, we are going to deliver some awesome content and it's going to come from the perspective of getting started.
We are in the survival phase. What is the first and easiest thing I can do to get a taste for how this real estate asset I have or I want to get can bring value to me, my personal home, townhome, apartment, condo, whatever it is, we want to bring value to you guys and get you started. We want to get you out of that plane. We want to get you jumping. And that's why I'm so excited for the next three to four episodes of the podcast. So stay tuned, and we'll talk soon.
