My Value Driven Investor journey started after I graduated college, was broke as a joke living in my parents basement and trying to figure out what I was going to do with my life.

I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do.

Then I came across a book called Retire Young - Retire Rich, it changed everything for me. Because this book changed my words.

Like the words, “Life On My Terms.”

I started saying those exact words to myself and that’s when I started designing my path.

I want to LIVE LIFE ON MY TERMS.

And those words changed my mindset.

And when I changed my mindset, I changed my goals. And when I changed my goals, I changed my life.

Fast-forward to Today

I'm writing this while inside a property we just bought. Located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in all of Minneapolis.

We are planning on tearing down this 1904 built home and building a brand new, $2 million home that will be here for the next 100 years.

I have to admit, it blows my mind because I think back to being in my parent’s basement with no money. Just a broke college kid with a dream to be standing right here, in a house, and in a neighborhood, with a vision… A vision of building something great.

I can't wait to show you what this project is going to turn into.
