I feel like people are probably asking themselves the question, well, how is the Value Different Investor any different than being a real estate agent? And I think that that's a really good question for people to be asking at this point in the podcast lifecycle, because we're only in the beginning, we're in the survival phase. You can't see what Robert and I see, because you haven't been doing it for 17 years, like myself, or for 12 years, like Roberts been doing real estate. So today, I want to give you some clarity around how the value of an investor is different from your average real estate agent. The value of an investor differentiates themselves from real estate agents because they deliver undeniable value that comes from the position of a protector. We call this the value driven way. value driven investors are focused on delivering a frictionless transaction based on what the client wants, not what we want someone to do. For most, this is a hard concept to understand, and 100 times harder to execute. Good, because when a business model is difficult, the difficulty is what separates you from your competition. Now there's two elements at play when building the value of an investor business model. Number one is taking care of the client's real estate needs like a real estate agent. Number two, is taking care of the client's needs. Like a general contractor who deals with construction issues. As you identify a client's needs, your brand can be one, or it can be both. It all depends on what the client is looking for. Most of the time, clients pick simple, over complicated. They pick quick cash over hard work, stress, and a bigger financial profit. It makes no difference to you. As a value driven investor, your number one goal is helping people make sure they have an expert they can trust. So what are the benefits? Consumers these days have way too many choices. They want simplicity. They want one point of contact they can trust. Why? Because it allows them to sleep well at night, it allows them to know they're making a good choice. It allows them to maximize their return on investment. But most importantly, it allows them to maximize their return on time. Everybody knows that time is the one thing we need to protect. Remember, for most their real estate asset is their biggest investment, the biggest investment they've made in their life. Knowing they're interesting and capable hands, means everything. So how does this business plan benefit you? Being a one stop shop for all your clients real estate needs has been so overused, it's hard for me to even say it. It's so overused, I would rather show you than tell you. What does that mean? Well think Amazon. Why does everyone use Amazon so much? Because you can trust them, and they solve a large number of your problems daily. Looking for the perfect book, Amazon has it looking for those hard to find shoes. Amazon has it looking for the perfect movie. Amazon has it. You get my point. Amazon started as a book business being sold out of a garage. Now they are a company that solves 1000s and 1000s of different problems. The value of an investor is the same way. Looking to buy a home. A value driven investor can help you need a handyman. A value driven investor can help you looking to redesign your home a value driven investor can help you looking to remodel your home. A value driven investor can help you looking to sell a home. A value driven investor can help you looking to build a home. A value driven investor can help you looking to invest in real estate. A value investor can help you looking to invest in commercial real estate, a value Jim, an investor can help you. You get it right. You start by getting your real estate license. And then you grow a business by solving 1000 different problems for people who know they can trust your brand. Simple, right? I know what you're thinking, Who would do this? Robert grant and Tim Murphy do this. Because this is how you become the real estate business of the future. Know, take a deep breath. I felt the same way. When I was 25 years old, sitting my parents basement. I designed this business plan at 25 looked in the mirror and said, This is impossible. The only difference between me and everyone else. I set out to do it anyways. Just like Jeff Bezos, the man's half crazy. Because you need to be half crazy to do something 80% Of the people around you think is impossible. How many people can look in the mirror today and say they live life on their terms? How many of those people living life on their terms had to take a chance to make it happen? The value driven investor podcast is for everyone. Not just real estate agents. Because becoming a value driven investor is a way of life. What we're 30 episodes into talking about philosophy I've spent 17 years studying and building a philosophy that changes like the tides in the ocean. Because the environment we live in changes so fast, we have no choice. But to be open minded. We have no choice but to adapt. Becoming an investor is the single most powerful way to create a life on your terms. I remind you, the sole purpose of the value of an investor podcast is to unite like minded people together, because that's how we make it happen. The world is changing fast. Humans control the planet because along the way, they realized one thing together. Anything is possible
